Residents at a resident involvement dayTSA to attend mhs Resident Involvement Day on 25 November

mhs is inviting residents of our 8000 homes to a special Resident Involvement Day on 25th November at our head office Broadside, Leviathan Way, Chatham, 10am – 2.30pm.

The Resident Involvement Day has been planned by customers to ensure that all residents have the opportunity to feedback and shape the services that mhs homes provide.

During the day a representative from The Tenant Services Authority will also be providing a presentation about how tenants you can influence and shape the housing standards of today.

Resident involvement days are an informal way for tenants and their families to talk to their landlord about the service they receive.

Katherine Clarke, Resident Involvement Co-ordinator said, "To understand what issues matter most to tenants we need to listen to their views. We need ideas and suggestions from our customers to help us to shape future service delivery. We will reimburse transportation costs for residents who do come along and are providing refreshments throughout the day."

Any residents of mhs homes who would like to book a place can do so by telephoning Katherine Clark on 01634 354178.

To promote choice.

This autumn, the TSA published a formal consultation on the detail of plans, and begin implementing the new regulatory framework next year. While the TSA develop new ways of working they will continue to regulate using the older powers of the Housing Corporation, but with an unapologetic focus on financial viability during these difficult economic times.
