This years report called "Actions
Speak Louder Than Words" follows the theme of filming and shows the
achievements and accreditations we have obtained over the last
year.
We have gained several prestigious
awards, including ISO 14001 Environmental Management standard and
the ENCAMS Quality Mark for environmental campaigns. mhs also
maintained the Quality Housing Service award for excellence and
twice scored 100% in QHS mystery shopping.
The report contains information about
the work carried out across the whole of the mhs homes group and
explains where the money received comes from and how this is spent
to help services.
Ashley Hook, Chief Executive of mhs
homes said, "Our Annual Report depicts the actions and
achievements we as a group have obtained over the last financial
year. We wanted to show that we don’t just talk about what we are
going to do, we actually listen to our customers and then act
positively on their suggestions, continuously looking for ways to
make improvements to the service we provide."
