mhs acquires 63 properties in Hoo
mhs homes has successfully
acquired 63 properties from national developer Taylor Wimpey for
general needs rent.
The new units currently being
constructed at The Pastures in Hoo will be built to meet the Eco
Homes very good standard. The development will include one bed
flats and two, three and four bed houses.
Emma Riddington, mhs homes Development
Manager said, "Work started on site in June and the first phase of
this development is due to be completed by the end of December
2009. We are very pleased to have been given grant funding for this
project by the Homes and Communities Agency, as this is helping to
provide more affordable homes in the Medway area."
