
What is Gold Service?
This is the reward scheme exclusive to customers of mhs
homes. To apply for the gold service you will need the
following:
- A clear rent account for a minimum of 6 weeks or
- to have maintained a rent agreement for 12 consecutive
weeks.
- No outstanding tenancy issues, such as nuisance.
