Status Survey Results
STATUS is the short term for Standardised Tenant Satisfaction
Survey which has been developed by the National Housing
Federation
STATUS enables mhs homes to collect
important information on how we perform in providing services to
our our customers, but this is not all STATUS is good for.
The results of the survey will help us to find out what you
expect from us as a landlord, identify areas that need to be
improved and help build a better understanding of you as
residents.
