Taking part in a survey provides you with the opportunity
to have your say about the services mhs homes
provide at time that suits you.
mhs homes uses various survey
methods such as;
- postal surveys
- telephone surveys
- we are currently devising email and online surveys
mhs homes surveys customers on a regular
baisis about topics such as repairs, property services and
resident involvement. From time to time we may need to conduct
additional surveys to gain more feedback from our
customers.
