
How to become a Mystery Shopper
We are looking for a team of enthusiastic volunteers to carry
out checks to assist in monitoring the services at mhs
homes. Mystery Shoppers operate anonymously, and report
their findings back to mhs homes. They provide a
valuable service and act as the eyes and ears of the areas in which
they live.
When five mystery shops have been successfully completed, you
will receive £50 of shopping vouchers.
Will I receive training for
mystery shopping?
All mystery shoppers will attend a
free one day training course. mhs homes will assess the level of
training required by each mystery shopper. We will tailor our
training to match each mystery shoppers individual skills and
provide ongoing support.
What skills do I need to
become a mystery shopper?
You will need to be:
- Able to use the phone
- Able to read and fill the questionnaire clearly
- Available to carry out mystery shops from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00
p.m., Monday to Saturday.
