How we set your rent
Your rent depends on the type of tenancy that you have.
We must also ensure that the rent is within reach for those
in low income and that they take into account the size, age,
features and location of the property.
For all existing and Assured tenants the rent is calculated
based on the retail price index for the preceding year plus a
percentage increase.
