Out of Hours Management Team
In addition to providing a day to day
responsive and emergency repairs service during normal working
hours, mhs homes provides an out of hours
emergency call out service. This service is provided between
17:00 hours to 08:30 hours Mondays to Fridays and a 24 hour service
at weekends and public holidays.
This service is available to
all mhs homes customers at no additional
cost and can be accessed by calling the emergency local
telephone number 01634 304400. This number
will automatically divert to the Central Control
service provided by Medway Telehealthcare
Services.
Operation Central Control will be in
the first point of contact. They will take all details and give
immediate advice. Through questioning they will evaluate the nature
and priority of the incident and advise you of their proposed
action.
Where necessary a member of
mhs homes out of hours team may attend the
site to evaluate the situation and give advice. This will usually
involve the Police or other emergency services.
