Sheltered Housing Forum
At mhs Links we have set up a
forum for Sheltered Housing residents to enable them to
discuss any issues they have regarding our policies,
or procedures as well as give their views and comments on
the support service they receive.
The residents who sit on the forum
are also consulted on a range of matters relating to Sheltered
Housing such as any new policies we may implement and new
publications like the Sheltered Residents Handbook.
The panel, which has been running
for over a year now, has been very successful. It is an
excellent way for residents to get involved in the decision
making process relating to their homes as well as giving mhs homes
valuable feedback.
