Resident Involvement
Resident involvement and customer consultation is really
important to mhs homes. Your feedback helps us to make sure that
the services we provide directly match your needs.
At mhs homes we aim to provide customers with the methods
and tools to ensure that our
customers have a leading role to play in shaping and
influencing how services are delivered. Resident Involvement is
about customers voicing their opinions and making suggestions for
service improvement.
