Domestic Violence
The majority of cases of domestic
violence or abuse accounts for 16 per cent in the UK. Although in
most cases the abuse is against women, it is recognised

partner. It can occur within both heterosexual and gay
relationships.

of age, sexuality, background or race have been a victim of
domestic violence or abuse. You may feel humiliated, frightened,
ashamed, alone and confused - but you are not to blame.
