We believe that everyone has the right to enjoy their home,
and live the way that they choose. This is providing that their
behaviour does not affect the quality of life of other residents
quality.
mhs homes, along with our partner agencies, will work with
residents to ensure that their estate is a safe, secure and
peaceful place to live. We will take action to stop anti social
behaviour and harassment of any kind.
We will respond to complaints within set timescales, and in an
efficient, sensitive manner.
We will offer support to both the victim of anti social
behaviour, and the perpetrator, in an attempt to stop them behaving
this way.
We will encourage residents to solve their differences
themselves wherever possible.
